Stephen Pollock, M.Arch. '96 (Dalhousie) is a licensed architect with twenty-three years of experience and owner of the architectural firm Green Bee Atelier Inc. He focuses on residential renovations and also brings to it the innovation and creativity gained from significant experience across many other project types. Stephen is driven by a passion for service and care for the environment.

J.M. Molloy is an award winning Mortgage Agent with Dominion Lending Centres, Canada’s Top Mortgage Brokerage. He is client focused with an emphasis on education and believes the more a client is informed, the better the decision they can make. J.M. “works for you, not the bank”.

Christian Torok is a real estate agent with the Roger Martins Group. He has been immersed in the building - property - finance world all his life from his parents (father is an architect, mother in the rentals business), to his university degree in Economics, to beginning his real estate career with a boutique brokerage. He sees the big picture yet is mindful of detail and is known for a patient straight forward approach. All of this combines to make Christian an ideal team player for any real estate services you may need.

Matthew Adams, a PHIUS Certified Builder, is a co-founder and the Director of Education and Operations with Fourth Pig Green & Natural Construction. For over 10 years the the Fourth Pig has been making comfortable buildings that are good for the planet and good for your health.
